• We will advise you on the evidence, procedure and likely outcome.

• We never allow a client to plead guilty until all avenues have been explored and fully exhausted.

• Our philosophy is to test the prosecution case as rigorously as possible.

If a client has to plead guilty we will mitigate to secure the best possible outcome whether that is avoiding penalty points, keeping points to a minimum, or avoiding disqualification.

Costs

We will agree your costs in full before any work is undertaken. If you are acquitted after trial or because a case is dropped then we will apply for costs on your behalf.
