Below are the typical fees that you can expect to pay in order for us to defend your case:
| Failing to Furnish Cases : | £1500 - £2000 plus VAT |
| Speeding : | £1500 - £3000 plus VAT |
| Excess Alcohol : | £3000 - £5000 plus VAT |
| Failing to Provide : | £3000 - £5000 plus VAT |
| Due Care : | £2000 - £3000 plus VAT |
| Dangerous Driving : | £3000 - £8000 plus VAT |
| Mobile Phone : | £1500 plus VAT |
If your aim is simply damage limitation the following fees will be charged: |

| Guilty Pleas : | £750 plus VAT |
| Exceptional Hardship Arguments: | £1000 plus VAT |
| Special Reasons Hearings: | £1500 - £2500 plus VAT |
If we win your case we will ask the Court to reimburse the legal fees that you will have already paid us to prepare your defence. Whilst the amount that you will recover is up to the Court, the majority of people recover at least 75% of their legal fees.
